Shaped seed-to-sip by the terroir in whichthe grain grows, these gins take inspiration from the depths of the Southern Ocean, the vastness of the Southland Plains and the heights of the mountains in Fiordland. They are layered with elements from nearby ocean, mountain andplain and are crafted on the family farm in Scott’s Gap, Southland.

Foveaux Sip
50ml Ocean’s Keep Gin
5ml Bianco Vermouth
Dash of Peychaud bitters
Stir together in a mixing glass over ice. Once cool strain into a coupette glass.
Garnish with a caperberry and some fresh lemon zest.
Otautau Cooler
45ml Endless Fields Gin
10ml Campari or Local Bitter
15ml American Vermouth (Cocchi or Manchino)
Topped with East Imperial Soda
Build cocktail over a large cubes of ice. Top up with soda water.
Garnish with an grapefuit zest and a lavender sprig.
Rugged Range
45mL Summit’s Reach Gin
20mL Fresh Lime
10mL Kanuka Honey Syrup
Mix together in a shaker over ice. Hard shake and then fine strain over a large block of ice.
Garnish with an orange coin and a tuft of pine needles.
